Today Samsung and T-Mobile officially announced the Samsung SGH-T929 Memoir 3G cameraphone, a device that has been popping up in the rumor mill quite often over the past couple of weeks. Like the T919 Behold, the Memoir is a full touchscreen phone that features Samsung's widget-based TouchWIZ user interface.
